Deactivate Google App

Hi guys,

updating to Android 6 I had the issue of the bootloop because of the deactivated Google App.
My question would be, if you know if I can deactivate it now without fearing a new bootloop?
The thing is, that after I already updated to Android 6 I deactivated the Google App again and ended up in a bootloop after a normal reboot again.

I’m currently using Fairphone OS 17.05.2
