Is customer service normally quite slow? I’ve had to contact them about a faulty charging cable and despite a fairly prompt initial response asking for pics there’s been nothing now for 7-8 days. Expected a better process in all honesty. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes customer service reaction and response is a constant source of discomfort.
Try to contact them by phone.

It took me 17 days to get a response last ticket I sent in, to give you an idea. I’ve heard phone calls really help speed it up but I’ve never had a real critical issue so far so had no need to.
