I have created a support request one week ago. I received a request number --> #26675 and the following link.
One week ago still no answer no problem about that but not fine. My problem now is that the following link for
the request is broken.
Do I need to recreate a new request ??
Not sure why the link doesn’t work, but I suspect as it’s meant to be a private support ticket, nobody else in the community will be able to view this anyway. Are you logged into the zendesk site that support uses when you try to access the link?
Also the whole fairphone team have been busy with shipments so this could explain the long delay.
