Continues low battery alarm when plugged in to power

Hello,

after installing fairephone open, I noticed that when the phone is plugged into main power a continuous alarm rings and a battery icon pops up when the battery level is less than 20 %. this does not happen when the phone is unplugged

Could you help me please to fix this bug ?
