Given this seems to the only communication platform that is manned by Fairphone staff I thought I’d ask on here.
My phone is broken and needs repair.
I’ve lodged a request on line (about 2 weeks ago) to which I’ve had no response despite multiple chasers, I’ve called the phone number about 6 times but it’s never been answered, and I’ve emailed.
Can you please tell me how I can get my phone repaired as I’m no longer able to use it.
