I am a type 1 diabetic and I will soon be using a dexcom device with the dexcom G6 app.
Unfortunately my fairphone FP3+ is not compatible with this app.
There is no fairphone in the list Phones that work with Dexcom apps | Dexcom of compatible phones with this app.
Can I hope for future compatibility with this app?
That’s a question you have to ask Dexcom. But it might work now already.

When I open the app dexcom, I have the message “Dexcom n’a pas testé l’application G6 sur ce téléphone”. The application dexcom doesn’t work now on fairphone.
I guess the only option you have is to contact Dexcom about it.

As far as I understand french, that only tells you, that the app wasn’t tested on this phone. So is it really not working or only showing this warning?

The app show this warning and the message in french “Installez l’appli G6 sur un téléphone compatible” (install the app on a compatible phone).
So the app is really not working on fairphone.
So then we are back to the fact, that you need to contact Dexcom.

While I agree only Dexcom can help, I doubt it works as even on the FP4 its not working (out of the box).

La méthode “Build Your Own Dexcom App” indiquée à l’adresse BYOD fonctionne parfaitement.
Mon téléphone Fairphone FP3+ est devenu compatible avec l’application dexcom.
