Colour of the clock

Hello,
perhaps it’s another stupid question but I can’t find a solution elsewhere.
I would like to change the colour of the clock on the main display. I use the normal widget but can’t find the opportunity to change the clock’s colour from white to black.
Can somebody help me?

Greetings
Lunie

I have found something, but as I feared, it requires XPosed framework. And if you don’t know what it is nor how it works, I recommend you not to mess with it.

There may be other solutions but for such customization, I doubt it (and the method I showed you isn’t even sure to work, it probably won’t).

It is not possible to change the clock colour in the stock widget.

But there’s a plethora of alternative widgets in the Play Store - you should be able to find something that pleases your eye:

And on FDroid as well.

There even is one named “Color Clock:wink:

Simple digital clock widget in your choice of colours

And one “Colour Clock”, where the color serves a purpose.

Tell the time with colours that change as they rotate round the clock face. Blobs at the end of the hour, minute, and second regions change colours over time (red = 12, yellow = 3, green = 6, blue = 9).

Thanks you for all the information. Since I have no experience with Xposed framework I will try another widget.
Thank you all for your help.
