Hi folks,
I don’t know if the fault is with the phone or with Windows. I’m trying to download the contents of my photos folder to my PC, prior to switching the phone to Ubuntu Touch (I’m done with Google). I get partway through the download and I get an error message, ‘The device has stopped working’.
The photos folder is quite big, but the PC has done larger file transfers than that in its life, full backups of Windows etc. so I don’t know why this is happening with the phone?
Any advice appreciated.
