So I first tried the universal apk flavor from F-Droid, then the arm.apk from the Gitlab site; in both cases, I get the same error as @Smojo posted before:

So unfortunately, I can’t get oandbackup to work either, and I’m giving up for the moment If at some point this seems solved, please let me know. Thanks & best regards to you!
