Can't acces support

Was going to ask if there are problems with my phone, cause it was ordered in october and there are apparently people who ordered in january who have already their phone…

Hmm,
support page seems to be working for me…
but there actually was a problem with the queue. I read it somewhere. Those people affected should hear from Fairphone within the next few days…

And: a friend of mine ordered two phones end of September (crowdfunding ones). Still “Prepare batch” and no Phone in sight. But I recommended her to contact support, as well…

Both https://fairphone.com/support (all support pages) and https://fairphone.com/asksupport (submit support tickets) are working normally for me (although loading is a bit slow). Maybe a temporary hiccup?

The updated blog mentions:

Please note: For a small number of owners who purchased in October, your phone has not yet shipped due to an error in the queue system. If you paid for your order in October and still have not received a track and trace email, you should receive a notification email by the end of this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As made famous by the delivery thread (though I don’t want to suggest reading all 700+ posts there), the notification system is also not working properly - some people receive the phone before the system marks their phone as sent! It could be that your phone is on its way already.

As far as I know the last crowd-fund orders should have shipped by 9 Feb - definitely best to contact support!

Well i didn’t get a mail…And i hope they don’t work on Saturday or Sunday :slightly_smiling:

Zendesk is working fine now and we will see what happens next week…
