First: I’m an absolute beginner; FP2 ist my first smartphone.
When screen is locked after 2m inactivity, i cannot reactivate screen by swiping. I first have tu push the power button, then I can unlock by swiping.
Is this a normal behaviour for android 5.1?
Yes, this is standard behaviour (already at the FP1 with Android 4.2).
It should avoid unintended activation of the phone while sitting e.g. in your pocket.
btw.: I don’t know any scenario, where the display is completely switched-off but the touch-screen is still enabled (which your question would mean) as both only work in parallel.
