Apparently, ther is an App calles “Magisk” on the Play Store which lets you hide Root from Super Mario Run! 
All I can say now is

I can only play until level 2 max, because I get the Error 804-5100 which has to do something with root. This can be prevented by deleting a file in the /data/data/com.nintendo.zara folder, but since this file gets recreated by the game relatively quickly, it locks itself after level 1. The workaround for this also doesn’t work (creating and syncing with the game after deleting the file), but at least I got until level 2 and so I have seen almost half of the free levels. I deleted it and will download an emulator
