Cannot get fp2 working in USA

Phone will not connect to data via network.

Have:

  • registered with T-Mobile
  • turned data roaming on
  • used 3rd party tool to verify T-Mobile works
  • switched to 3g as preferred
  • contacted support (not much use)

Any help from this forum? WiFi is working OK.

Hi, what do you mean by ‘registered with T-Mobile’ and a ‘3rd party tool’?

Also, does phone/SMS work and where in the US are you?
