I recieved a discount code from FP support. I clearly says that it should be valid until May 2025. However, now that I am trying to buy FP5 and use the code, the shop says “You don’t have the required product quantities on your sales order”.
Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to overcome it? I already contacted the support and but it will be a while before they reply so I thought I´d try my luck here.
What kind of discount code is it? Probably only valid for accessories?
No, it’s the one that gives 20% discount for fairphone 3+ owners and can be used for fp5 The original campaign ended in July, but I got a code that’s valid until next May.

Valid from April 18, 2024 until July 31, 2024 at 23:59 (Approximately 3 months).
To my understanding that was a rather “personal” discount, so best is to contact Fairphone via their online chat to sort this out.
An update on this if someone else is having the same issue.
One day last week the code just magically began working. But only if I removed the free battery offer from the cart. I chatted with the support staff and they had the same issue when they tried it. So, it’s now under investigation and they are trying to figure it out.
I got a message from the support yesterday that they´ve fixed the problem.
I was able to use both the discount and the free battery offer, but only if I wasn´t logged in on my account.
