Hi folks , iI have problems with my order. I purchased a new display from the shop , payed with CC. But I don´t get any response. I tried to check my orders , but couldn´t log in any more . I asked for a new password , never got one. What now ?

Just checked my last orders: I have received two automatic emails from such an account: noreply@tmail.fairphone.com, while the newsletter one is different - noreply@mail.fairphone.com. Any chance they got directed to spam?
