Can not unlock SIM card and PUK code

Hi,

Suddenly, when I’m to send a message I get a note on the screen saying: SIM locked The selected SIM card is locked! When I pressed the code it askes for Enter PUK code, 8 digits!
I wonder, what’s that? 8 digits!? Where are these 8 digits? Anyone know?

the PUK code is what you have to enter if you entered the PIN code wrong a certain amount of times. Usually when you buy a sim card both codes are written on the paper the sim card sticks on.
If you can’t find the code you’ll have to go to your network provider and ask for a new one.

Just to add to this, some providers have the PUK codes on your online account with them. So always worth checking your providers site for the info.
