Camera with Black Dot

Hello Fariphone Team,

recently I discovered that the back camera of my Fairphone 2 has a black dot on it…
I was wondering if it is still within the guarantee time to change it?

  • when did you get your phone
  • what have you tried so far?
  • e.g. have you tried disassembling and carefully cleaning the camera module & connectors.
