Thank you for you question to help further … i found the error on my side:

I searched in the wrong folder like setting/app/camera/… or in the camera app or elsewhere

But it is settings/app - the generally app folder - directly !

With this camera (which has less options to costumize) is no picture error making a selfie in bright light … so I want to underline it is a softwarebug for the selfi camera.

I want to add, that the selfi camera bug has changedn in 1.52:

the picture is now full sized, but pink-black only
storage does not matter (same selfipicture error if it is saved interal storage or SD card)
other camera apps don`t have this error
