The flashlight of the back caméra of my FP1 seems not to be working anymore, and for no apparent reason (as I don’t remember dropping it…)
The only thing I can think of is a hard reset I did a few weeks ago, but I’m not sure the 2 are related…
Any ideas or have you already experienced the same PB?
I tried using the light as a torchlight as I used to do (with an app called lampe torche), it won’t work anymore as well…

Since your last hard reset was not a long time ago, can you try a second one?

I contacted support for a much bigger problem, I can’t use my phone anymore (tickets #118533 and #118719).
I have been waiting since I contacted support, and haven’t heard from them at all. If you could have a look at my tickets, that would be great…
I can’t look at any tickets because I’m not working at Fairphone. They are currently really busy and it can take over 4 weeks to get an answer.
