Hello Together
Recently my camera (normal and selfie) stopped working. When I open it, everything is black and I can’t switch cameras at all. The torch also no longer works because the “camera is in use”. I don’t use an SD card and I have already done a complete reset of the device, which unfortunately didn’t help either.
Do you know what this could be?

If you don’t have a warranty then it may help to disassemble the phone and clean the contacts, you can search for such guides. When and if you remove the display module check there are no red squares which indicate a degree of moisture ingress.
