Since ± two weeks my phone stopped being able to make calls, with ‘Network unavailable’ popping up. I contacted my provider & there’s no problem there, SIM also works fine in other phones.
I do still receive messages & can make use of mobile data.
Any leads?
maybe you can try to bring back your network companies network settings. if you network settings ar a little off it will give all kind of problem’s.
try to recet you network settings.
Go to setting/ network/sim/ APN’S and push recet in the top menu.
you will need to restart your phone after that.
Since you turned off the phone and reseated the SIM Card already (both are viable troubleshooting steps in this case), search the Settings for “reset” and go with “Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth” or similar.
APNs are for mobile data, which still seems to work.
