I updated my FP3 with Camera+ and Top+ and now my call volume is terribly low to the point of the phone being unusable. I checked that “call volume” is set to the maximum.
I would appreciate any hint.

Do you mean the drop in volume happened exactly after the upgrades? If so try swapping them back.
If the call volume issue is the ear piece in the top module, maybe just change that one.
You can also test using the inbuilt option
Dial *#*#66#*#* Service tests > Test Single > Receiver Test
