Bootloader Unlocking, needs the phone to be online? (Hint for the manual)

Hi,

following the instructions to generate and get, than enter the " Unlocking Code".

Problem, if you want enter the " Unlocking Code":

2. Settings > System > Advanced > Developer options.
   
   

It just says at step:
4. Enter the code from this page and press Enable.
But the FP4 needs to be online. (Its not mentioned in the guide required to be online.)
That can be irritating because the first two times entering the code, you think you did a typo, or you don’t want to be online at this place with your Google Android etc.

Sorry dont know were to post this suggestion to add a comment for the requirement to be online.
