Blackscreen when I would like finish a call!

Hi,
I usea fairphone 2 from 4 months, and I am very happy!! But with the new version, I have a big problem:

• when I call, the screen is black, normal! But when I would like to finish, I have the phone in my hand and the screen is too black, I can’t disconnect my call, I must remove the battery! I don’t understand what ils these option?? Could you help me please?

Probably it’s not a new option (at least this does not occur on my phone with OS version 1.4.2), but this behavoiur:

Besides a badly calibrated sensor the next most common reason for this issue is dust between the proximity sensor and the screen.
