Blackscreen and unresponsive during phone call

When dialling out, my screen frequently goes black and unresponsive, meaning I cannot disconnect the call or go to the keypad numbers for responding to automated messages. I have to remove the battery to guarantee disconnection. Occasionally, pressing the power button will bring up the option to shut down, which can be calcelled to get back to normal mode, but not often. My FP2 has standard configuration and it has happened with last 2 updates. Any ideas?

I suggest you read this thread: https://forum.fairphone.com/t/fp2-screen-cant-be-reactivated-during-after-calls-see-first-post-for-workarounds/11874; it is a known issue. It happened wizh me too. It was gone when I switched to the FP Open Source OS. But I can’t tell if there’s really a connection…
