Hello, I have the following problem. I can’t stop a telephone call by myself because the screen is black. For example, when I call my mailbox: The screen is black during the telephone call and I can’t do anything during this call because the touch screen doesn’t work. I have to wait until the mailbox stops itsself the phone call. That’s very long, too long. Has anyone an idea to solve this problem?

That’s a problem with the proximity sensor. The sensor checks if you are holding the phone on your ear and switches off the screen to prevent false touch inputs.
