I have a question in relation to the fair phone I purchased a couple of years ago,

Can I save the battery of the model n3 for another newer fairphone ? Or not?

Shortly not.
But if you have a FP3 to spare, you can sell it, sell it for parts, or recycle with FP for a gift card.
