Battery Charge in "Slow Charge mode"

FP3, battery charge in “very slow” mode. No options to change it in normal mode. Very Urgent, I need it for work. Need solution,

Did you try different cables and chargers? Did you clean the USB port with a toothpick for example?

I have cleaned the UCB-C port and changed USB cable and now FP3 works correctly, I supposed it was a SW option and not a HW problem.
