Backup of phone with broken touchscreen

Dear community,
My touchscreen broke and I already got a spare part to repair it. However, I’d like to backup my data before starting the repair. My computer does not recognize my phone via USB (phone off without battery). What can I do to back up my data? It’s the FP1U and apart from the touchscreen it seems to work well. However I have to keep the phone shut off during the backup as the brokentouchscreen lives by itself and constantly performs random activities.

There is really no need to backup your phone, when you only want to replace the touchscreen. Just follow the iFixit guide.
