Backup from internal memory to microSD card

Hello,

I have a FairPhone who can’t get connected to a computer so I can’t do a backup this way. In order to repair this issue I have to do a reboot, according to FairPhone. But before rebooting I want to make a back up of my internal memory to the microSD card.

Do you know a way of doing this? I tried in different menus and in this forum and I haven’t seen a way.

Do you mean reboot, or do you mean reset to factory settings ?
I’m not sure you can do a backup without rebooting
But if you are able to install TWRP recovery, it has options to backup everything to sd card
