Audio louder on right Headphones

Hello there, for some days now I experience a louder audio on the right side of my bluetooth headphones. The strange thing is that it happens with two different bluetooth headphones. Now my guess is that there is something wrong with the settings, but I don’t know how to change it.

It can’t be following reasons:

  • my left ear has less hearing ability
  • the Headphones are dirty inside
  • the headphones were broken from the beginning

Any ideas?

Which Fairphone do you use?

You can check the audio balance under Settings → Accessibility → Audio adjustment.

Yes it’s FP4. Yo, the balance setting worked perfectly! Thank you so much!!

(question remains what causes the issue, because the audio pre setting was in the middle)
