Apparently from this monday (24 January 2022), A changed French law will has come into force that drops the head/earphones mandate:
This should also allow Fairphone to sell both the FP3+ and the FP4 without earphones to/in France.

Nope this is to reduced our abuse of the manual labourers, what more can an individual do ~ use less ~ not an Apple or any other business plan.
