What permissions does an app have in Sailfish OS?
For example I install “Whatsup” from Openrepos. Does the app have the same permissions like Whatsapp in Android or not?

app permissions are dependent on an app. And usually apps are not as intrusive as android ones, and also most of them are open source atm.
