I’m getting this on a seemingly random basis, and I can’t fix it without logging out of my main (owner) user, either by switching to a different user or by rebooting.
I suppose no one will care, but I’m using a Fairphone 5 right now and the same happens even more frequently.
So I would guess its rather an issue of your set up, settings, apps.
