Any suggestion how to wipe the cache partition?

Hi, I’ve noticed that my FP5 is getting slower month by month, so I want to wipe the cache partition to help rebuild it and get rid of unnecessary data. Is there a way to do this using system apps? I couldn’t find the option in the recovery or bootloader.

thank you for any suggestion and/or help

greetings

I don’t think there’s a system tool that clears the whole cache. Even apps like SD Maid or 1Tap Cleaner just go automatically from app to app and clear each app’s cache individually.

I used those cleaners quite regularly on my FP3 but have only done it once or twice on the FP5. Speed hasn’t really been an issue in the past months, even though I’m using quite a lot of apps.

TWRP had this as far as I remeber…
