Android.process.media denied

Hi everybody and merry chritsmas
I wanted to transfer Music from My computer to My phone and now I have this error message : “Android.process.media denied”
Which is the first time since the Android upgrade

I checked on internet and found nothing that’s working…
Any clues ?

The Android 7 FAQ has something about “android.process.media has stopped”. Which is not the same, but you could still first try to fix it in the same way:

Try deleting data for the app ‘media storage’ - after this the media storage database will be rebuilt, which takes time.

Thanks for your answer. It worked but now My audio player can’t play My Music anymore. It’s there in my sd card but it doesn’t play it, it says there’s nothing to play

How long did you wait between deleting the app data and trying to play songs again?
