Android 10 download link not working

On the following page: https://forum.fairphone.com/t/fp3-fp3-fairphone-os-updates-changelog-download-links/60430 there is a link to android 10 (Android 10 releases → FP3 3.A.0136) . The latest one is supposedly this:

https://fileshare.fairphone.com/link/kRby9ieLr5X4PkFa9TVDaX/download/FP3-REL-Q-3.A.0136-.gms-7c69ec7e-user-fastbootimage.7z

However, when trying to download this, the URL gives a 404.

I need the file in order to be able to install Ubuntu Touch. Can someone please help?
