All Apps widget gone, how to solve?

Dear fairphoners,

I’ve got a problem with my phone: the All Apps widget has suddenly disappeared (I believe it’s called All Apps widget? That’s the menu with the most frequently used apps - such as phoning and messaging etc - as big icons, usually on the right most screen). I have turned off and restarted it time and again but that doesn’t solve the problem. I can still make phone calls and text, but it’s just become super inconvenient as I need to look for those functions among all other apps. Does anyone happen to know the solution to the issue? Many many thanks!

The widget you seek is called “My apps”.

Thank you, but it still doesn’t work: after pressing on the free screen a couple of seconds the only option I have is to change wallpaper.

Do you have an FP1 or an FP2?
