Hi. Since the upgrade to Android 6 I have found that my alarms are displaying on the screen at the allocated times but they aren’t making any sound. Is anyone able to advise me on this?
Is the volume turned up? (Settings - Device - Sound & notification - Sound - Alarm volume)
Do you have the “Do not disturb” mode in the pull-down menu on?

Doh! I’d neglected to check that. It’s not something that I turn off as I have several alarms set at various times during the day! Thank you.
