I am living in Belgium and have a Mobistar/Orange prepaid card with no free data pack. When I am on WiFi I have no problems to surf the internet or use WhatsApp. It’s a bit slower then home WiFi but that’s it. When I do go on 3G data internet takes up to 10 min to forfill a google search or to load a mobile webpage. I also can not sent or receive messages on WhatsApp.
I am wondering is it my phone or the provider that is causing this?
