Wondering about Refresh Rate settings

Howdy folks,

I’ve finally taken the plunge and upgraded from my trusty old FP3+ to the FP6. Happy with it so far, but one thing piqued my curiosity when perusing the settings. I notice that the Refresh Rate setting has 3 options: 60hz, 90hz and 120hz. And by default it was set to 90hz for me.

Just wondering if there is any reason not to crank it up to 120hz? Is it a battery life consideration?

I keep it at 90.
60 feels ok, 90 feels fast, 120 feels too much for just scrolling in Bluesky (thing that refreshes probably my screen the most).
I guess it depends what are you using it for, but the higher the more it will consume. I recommended just trying and playing around.
