If you already had a smartphone with a standard micro USB port, you might already have one.

any standard phone usb charger, at least in europe, can be used.
if you want to use the phone while charging, you need at least 2000mA / 2 Ampere from it, otherwise any value is okay for charging; the lower it is the longer it’ll take until full, though.

There could be trouble with using the touchscreen while charging if the phone is encrypted and the charger supplies too little current (I’ve seen this myself with a 700 mA charger), 1000 mA / 1 A should be safe.

I’ve seen the screen get drasticaly spastic unencrypted with 2A charger, so mileage my vary any way.
