If you can afford a second-hand Fairphone 2, you should go for it. The Fairphone 1 is not being produced anymore and there are problems with the spare parts supplies.
As for the specs, there are online platforms, where you can compare the two phones, e.g. this one (1st hit for me on Ecosia/Bing).
