Sometimes (approximately once in a month) I take My FP2 out of my pocket and have to enter the SIM PIN. After suspecting it for several months today I finally found the cause.
Not the phone itself has rebooted - only the “modem” part of the SoC with it’s own RTOS.
When you encounter the SIM PIN entry - look at the uptime in the phone’s status.
