Warranty procedure in MyFairphone App Fp6

hi all, I’m trying to register my new Fp6 for extended warranty. App asks to upload original bill. I downloaded the pdf of it, but the upload button leads to the photo gallery. I tried to search for the pdf but returned to the page with the upload button, which was now disabled so I couldn’t open any folder again to find the document. Had to returne to the Homepage of the app and tried again for 3 times, with the same result. Quite annoying. Anyone a tip?

(btw: In Android 15 on this Fp6 I can’t find a backspace or ‘return to previous page’ button as I was used to until A12. In my experience until now - some hours - navigating within an app is confusing and time consuming, as I find I have to return to homes or menu’s to proceed)

My suggestion would be to register for the extended warranty via the website.

That is not to say that it shouldn’t be possible and smooth from the app interface.

regarding the “btw.”

Have you checked your Navigation mode settings?

thanks! I missed this item in the settings. Back to normal again :wink:.

Btw: my only options are gesture and 3-button. But anyway 2-button doesn’t attract me.
