When i push volume up button it clicks normal, but when I want to click down, no click comes, it’s just soft.
Please, can somebody check if up and down are are the same? same feeling, same sound…
Adree, from fairphone support says that’s normal…

Welcome to the community forum.
For me both buttons clearly click.
Feel and sound are marginally different, but the tactile feedback of a pressed button is clearly there for both.
