VOEC - certification (Allowing reduced taxes for imports to Norway)

Hi,

when I bought my new camera modules I had to pay approx. 35€ in extra import taxes as Fairphone isn’t a certified VOEC company. I’m unsure about how it works, but maybe it should be looked at by FP? As this would allow much cheaper imports from FP to Norway.
