Unable to connect to bootloader through fastboot

Hello, my name is Pepe. Sorry for bad english.

My operating system is windows 10 pro

I am unable to connect to fastboot mode.

Things I did:

Activated developer options

Enabled oem unlock

granted permanent permission

adb devices show device OK

reboot in fastboot mode (bootloader)

fastboot devices shows nothing

Things I tried:

several computers, several cables, several drivers

Nothing worked

Any idea?

Normally you need to connect the phone to the PC while in fastboot, go to windows updates, search manually, select optional and install everything bootloader related

Ok.

Key was…. install driver manually and choosing Android from the list. Then forcing the installation.

Thank you very much. I now have e/os installed in my FP4 and it’s amazing, I love it !!!
