Trying to buy a new fairphone 6 but every time I enter payment details, it takes me pack to the payment page and doesn’t register. Also live chat does not work, I click it and the link is inactive. Also the referral code from my friend is not working. Do fairphone actually want new customers or not because I am seriously considering not bothering. At the moment ,its impossible for me to buy one!

This might be better addressed towards Fairphone directly, best through their life online chat hours, those are visible on their webpage

I have no issues to open the chat window, so given this and the other issues, I recommend to try another browser and/or delete browser history.
And to maybe still get help here, please add which browser and system you use.
