Troubles with EasyJet app

Hello I have received my Fp2 few days ago ans I’m happy with it. I only have few troubles with apps. ie in easyJet I can’t view my boarding cards, the button is not active. Anybody got a solution? I’ve used that app on many phones and it’s the first time I got a problem. Thanks.
